There are many reasons why we can have sleep disorders. Through hypnotherapy, sleep disorders caused by cognitive over-activity, conditioned habit patterns, anxiety, tension, or fears, can be improved.

Wilhelmina will share information, about possible causes, teach you about self-hypnosis and will do a group hypnotherapy session, to improve your sleeping patterns.

You will also receive a mp3 recording with self-hypnosis to aid in this.
